We choose between flatbed, wheel-lift, dolly, and wrecker towing after assessing the vehicle and pickup conditions. Vehicle damage, wheel movement, steering, suspension, ground clearance, access, and destination can all affect the safest approach. Sharing clear details and photos helps us send the right truck and avoid delays.
Can you help before towing my vehicle?
We may be able to solve the problem with a battery boost, vehicle unlock, flat tire change, or fuel delivery when the location and vehicle condition allow. We avoid unnecessary towing when a safe roadside solution works. When the vehicle cannot be made safe to drive, we can tow it to your chosen accessible destination.
What details should I give you?
We need your exact pickup location, vehicle make and model, vehicle condition, destination, and a clear description of the problem. Tell us whether the vehicle starts, rolls, steers, has keys, has damaged wheels or suspension, or is stuck in snow, mud, or a ditch. A dropped map pin and photos are especially helpful for accidents, recoveries, and unusual loads.
Can you tow all-wheel-drive and electric vehicles?
We tow all-wheel-drive, electric, and hybrid vehicles using equipment selected for the vehicle’s condition and handling requirements. A flatbed may be suitable in many cases, but access, wheel condition, damage, and loading requirements can change the best approach. Tell us the exact make, model, condition, and location when you call.
Can you help after a collision?
We provide accident towing and recovery for damaged and non-driving vehicles. We can take your vehicle to a body shop, mechanic, home, another accessible destination, or our accident-vehicle storage yard when appropriate. We can also discuss insurance billing and payment options based on your coverage and the circumstances of the collision.
Can you tow from an impound lot?
We can tow your vehicle out of a Calgary impound lot once it is approved for release. We can take it to your home, a repair shop, or another accessible destination, including situations where it is damaged or cannot be legally driven. We do not operate an impound lot and do not impound vehicles.
Do you provide flatbed towing in Calgary?
We provide rollback flatbed towing throughout Calgary and for longer-distance transport. Our flatbed has a 21-foot deck and an approximate carrying capacity of 11,000 pounds, subject to the vehicle, load, access, and job conditions. It can carry many cars, SUVs, pickups, vans, motorcycles, equipment, and compatible loads when flatbed loading is suitable.
When would you use wrecker, wheel-lift, or dolly towing?
We use our wrecker when a vehicle cannot be loaded normally, does not roll correctly, has damaged wheels or suspension, needs controlled lifting, or is in a location where a flatbed cannot safely operate. The wheel lift, dollies, boom, and winch provide options for difficult towing and recovery situations while helping prevent wheels from being dragged.
Can you tow my vehicle if it does not roll or steer?
We can often tow vehicles that do not roll or steer by using a wrecker, wheel lift, dollies, winch, or flatbed setup suited to the situation. We need to know which wheels are damaged, whether the steering is locked, and whether the vehicle is accessible. Photos help us determine the correct equipment before dispatch.
What types of vehicles can you tow?

Can you tow my motorcycle?
We tow motorcycles using equipment and securement suited to the motorcycle, pickup location, and destination. Tell us the make and model, whether it rolls, whether the keys are available, and whether there is accident damage. These details help us prepare for controlled loading and careful transport.
Can you tow my trailer or motorhome?
We can tow trailers and small or medium motorhomes when their size, weight, condition, and connection requirements fall within our equipment capacity. We need the exact length, approximate weight, location, damage, and destination before accepting the job. Large commercial coaches and heavy-duty RV recoveries require different equipment.
Can you tow my vehicle long-distance across Alberta?
We provide long-distance towing and vehicle transport throughout Alberta, including routes between Calgary and destinations such as Edmonton, Lethbridge, Banff, Brooks, and Medicine Hat. We quote each trip according to the vehicle, route, pickup conditions, destination, and timing. Scheduled transport is available, and urgent long-distance work depends on truck availability.
Can you arrange vehicle transport elsewhere in Canada?
We can arrange vehicle transport outside Alberta through third-party car haulers. The carrier and transport method depend on the route, vehicle, timing, and loading requirements. Call us to discuss the pickup and destination so we can explain whether direct towing or arranged carrier transport is the practical option.
Can you recover my vehicle from snow, mud, or a ditch?
We provide winch-out and stuck-vehicle recovery for suitable situations involving snow, mud, ditches, gravel roads, slippery surfaces, and difficult job-site access. We assess the vehicle, terrain, access, traffic conditions, and equipment required before accepting the recovery. Send your exact location and clear photos whenever possible.
Can you handle rollover or difficult vehicle recoveries?
We can handle rollover and difficult recovery work when our wrecker, boom, winch, access, and site conditions allow the job to be completed safely. Every recovery is assessed individually because vehicle weight, position, terrain, hazards, and access can change the equipment required. We may recommend or arrange another provider when the job is beyond our direct capacity.
Can you jump-start my car, truck, or van?
We provide battery boosts and jump-starts for cars, pickup trucks, vans, and other light- and medium-duty vehicles. We use professional booster equipment and attempt to start the vehicle. A boost cannot resolve problems such as a failed starter, fuel pump, or another electrical or mechanical fault, so towing may be needed if the vehicle still does not start.
Can you boost my semi-truck or heavy-duty truck?
We directly provide battery boosts for semi-trucks and heavy-duty trucks using our own equipment. Tell us the truck type, exact location, access conditions, and what happens when you try to start it. A successful start depends on the battery and the vehicle’s mechanical and electrical condition.
What if your battery boost does not work?
We will explain the likely next step based on what happens during the boost attempt. When the vehicle has another mechanical or electrical problem, a jump-start may not be enough. We can tow an eligible light- or medium-duty vehicle to a mechanic or another accessible destination, and we can help arrange heavy-duty towing when required.
Can you unlock my car, truck, or semi?
We provide unlock assistance for cars, light-duty trucks, heavy-duty trucks, and semis. We require proof that you are authorized to access the vehicle before we begin. Tell us the vehicle type, location, and access conditions when you call so we can confirm availability and prepare the appropriate tools.
What proof do you need before unlocking my vehicle?
We require proof of ownership or another clear form of authorization before unlocking a vehicle. The exact documents available can vary by situation, so explain what identification and vehicle records you have when you call. We will confirm what is needed before dispatch whenever possible.
Can you change my flat tire roadside?
We can change a flat tire when you have a usable spare, the correct wheel-lock key or special lug-nut socket, and a location where the work can be completed safely. If the spare is missing, damaged, or unsuitable, or the vehicle is in an unsafe position, we can discuss towing instead.
Can you deliver fuel to my location?
We provide roadside fuel delivery in Calgary and other areas we serve, subject to availability. The total includes a service-call charge and the cost of the fuel. Tell us your exact location, vehicle, and required fuel type so we can confirm the job and provide a quote.
Can you repair my vehicle at the roadside?
We do not provide general mechanical repairs. We can assess whether a basic roadside solution such as a boost, unlock, tire change, or fuel delivery is practical. When the vehicle has a mechanical problem that cannot be resolved through roadside assistance, we can tow it to a mechanic, your home, or another accessible destination.
Where can you tow my broken-down vehicle?
We can tow your vehicle to a mechanic, dealership, body shop, your home, or another customer-selected destination that is accessible and ready to receive it. Tell us where you want the vehicle taken when requesting the quote. If you are unsure, we can help you understand the transport options without choosing a repair provider for you.
Can you tow and store my vehicle after an accident?
We can recover an accident-damaged vehicle and take it to our accident-vehicle storage yard when storage is appropriate. We can also transport it directly to a body shop, your home, or another approved destination. We do not operate an impound lot, and storage arrangements must be discussed with us by phone.
Can you bill my insurance company directly?
Direct insurance billing may be available for accident-related towing, depending on your coverage, insurer requirements, and the circumstances of the collision. We can discuss the claim and payment process by phone. When direct billing does not apply, we can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurer.
Can you still help if I must pay the towing cost myself?
We can complete the towing or recovery work when you are responsible for payment, subject to availability and an agreed quote. We provide a receipt that you may use for an insurance claim or your records. Whether an insurer reimburses the cost depends on your policy, coverage, and claim decision.
Can I ride with you to the drop-off location?
Passenger transportation may be available to the vehicle’s destination when the truck has legal seating and the situation allows it. Tell us how many people are waiting when you call. We especially try to help stranded customers get out of severe cold when seating and safety conditions permit, but space cannot be guaranteed for every job.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, debit card, cash, and e-transfer. Direct insurance billing may also be available for qualifying accident claims. We will explain the payment arrangement for your job when providing the quote or discussing the claim.
Will you change the price after quoting me?
We normally keep the quoted price consistent when the information provided is complete and accurate. A reassessment may be needed when the vehicle, damage, access, distance, load, or recovery conditions are materially different from what was described. Sharing accurate details and photos helps us quote the work correctly from the start.
Which Calgary areas do you cover?
We serve Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest Calgary, subject to truck availability and current workload. We regularly respond throughout the city and around major corridors such as Deerfoot Trail, Stoney Trail, Beddington Trail, Macleod Trail, McKnight Boulevard, and Glenmore Trail. Can you serve me outside Calgary?
We serve nearby areas including Chestermere, Chelsea, Balzac, Langdon, Strathmore, and Conrich. Availability and pricing depend on the truck’s location, the pickup and destination, and the work required. We can also serve routes involving Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane, and High River, especially when the trip begins or ends in Calgary.
Can you tow between Calgary and other Alberta cities?
We provide towing and vehicle transport between Calgary and communities across Alberta. Common routes include Edmonton, Lethbridge, Banff, Brooks, Medicine Hat, Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane, and High River. We dispatch these routes from Calgary rather than maintaining a truck base in each community, so timing and pricing depend on route distance and availability.
Can you help me on Deerfoot Trail or Stoney Trail?
We respond to towing and roadside calls on Deerfoot Trail, Stoney Trail, and other major Calgary roads when access and conditions allow. Can you haul my equipment or machinery?
We haul compatible forklifts, Bobcats, skid steers, small excavators, tractors, agricultural equipment, scissor lifts, loaders, golf carts, ATVs, pallets, lumber, pipes, and other light- or medium-duty loads. Acceptance depends on weight, dimensions, loading access, securement, unloading access, and whether the load fits safely on our equipment.
Can you move my sea container, shed, or construction office?
We can haul compatible sea containers, sea cans, sheds, construction offices, and similar structures. Loads around 20 to 22 feet long and approximately 8 feet wide may be possible, but size alone does not confirm suitability. We must assess weight, pickup and delivery access, loading method, securement, route conditions, and legal transport requirements.
What details do you need for a hauling quote?
We need the item type, exact dimensions, approximate weight, pickup address, destination, loading method, unloading method, access conditions, and preferred timing. Photos of the load and both sites help us assess deck fit, securement, clearance, and equipment requirements. Complete information allows us to provide a more accurate quote and avoid dispatching unsuitable equipment.
Will you buy my scrap car or truck?
We make cash offers for suitable scrap cars and trucks in Calgary and surrounding areas. The offer depends on the vehicle type, condition, completeness, location, and transportation requirements. Can you remove my scrap vehicle without keys?

What proof do you need for scrap removal?

Will you remove my scrap vehicle for free?
We do not promise free removal for every scrap vehicle. Pickup terms depend on the vehicle, condition, location, access, value, and transportation requirements. We will explain the offer and any removal cost before you agree to the pickup.
Can you tow my semi-truck or heavy-duty vehicle?
We directly provide heavy-duty and semi-truck battery boosts and unlock assistance. Full heavy-duty towing, semi towing, and large commercial vehicle recovery are not completed by our own core fleet, but we can arrange towing through a trusted provider when needed. We will explain who is completing the work before dispatch is confirmed.
Can you support my business or vehicle fleet?
We work with construction companies, mechanic shops, body shops, dealerships, vehicle fleets, transport companies, and businesses that need recurring towing or equipment hauling. We can discuss vehicle types, service areas, dispatch needs, destinations, payment arrangements, and the equipment required for regular work.
Are you licensed, insured, and properly trained?
